Returns

  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

We do not accept returns without prior approval.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Items must not be damaged, worn, or altered

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.


Change of Mind

  • Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days (subject to approval)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
